Meet the Coach
Kaihlil Nigro is a sought after clinically effective neuromuscular myofascial specialist. Nigro completed the Therapeutic Massage certification program at the Spa Tech Institute (after completing Advanced Polarity Certification from PRI) and acquired a State of Maine Massage Therapy License in 2004 where he went on to treat clients at the Muscular Therapy Clinic in Portland with great success.
Kai's continued education has led to acquiring specialization certifications in Clinical Posture Assessment, Evaluation and Clinical Reporting, Neuromuscular techniques and treatments, Medical Massage Protocols and treatment techniques for pain, sports recovery, and prehab/rehab.
He is a certified Advanced International Contemporary Cupping Therapist, Internationally Certified Neuro-Skeletal Practitioner from AMN in London, has a Muskie School Certification (the MHRTC-B) from the University of Maine at Augusta. In addition, Kai has become a Functional Movement Techniques Certified Provider by Rocktape© in addition to being Smart Tools Certified in IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization).
Kainetics Corrective Exercise programs help clients and lay athletes to prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, improve muscle imbalances, and maximize results by creating safe, individualized training programs by identifying dysfunctions, developing a plan of action, and implementing corrective exercise solutions culminating in 30 years of experience with clients.
