Assisted Clinical Stretching is a hands-on, practitioner-led therapy designed to increase ROM (range of motion), reduce chronic pain, and improve flexibility by guiding muscles through deeper, more effective stretches than possible alone.

Clinical Medical Massage Therapy is used to help treat diagnosed medical conditions, injuries, or pain, working with doctors to create treatment plans focused on healing and improving function, unlike general massage which is primarily for relaxation and recovery.

Postural Movement Assessments evaluates the body's alignment and movement patterns to identify muscular imbalances, joint dysfunction, and injury risks. Corrective Exercises aim to restore balance by stretching tight muscles and strengthening weak ones.

Functional Movement Rehabilitation is a proactive, patient/client-centered approach to therapy that focuses on restoring real-world movement patterns rather than just isolating muscles.

Functional Movement Training builds strength for daily life by mimicking real-world activities, focusing on compound movements that engage multiple joints and muscles for better balance, coordination, and injury prevention.

Neurokinetic Integration is similar to NKT in that they both are a sophisticated non-invasive manual therapy system designed to correct dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain's cerebellum.

Rehabilitation Training is a structured process using progressive, targeted exercises - including strengthening, stretching, and stabilization - to restore function, mobility, and independence after injury, surgery, or illness.

Therapeutic Sequencing in manual therapy is a principle-based, patient-specific approach that is the strategic (ordering of (KAINETICS) treatments / Services) to maximize efficacy, minimize resistance, and improve patient success.

Neuromuscular Integration is a holistic approach combing bodywork, movement education, and psychology to align the body's structure with its nervous system. It focuses on releasing chronic tension in the fascia, improving posture, and retraining motor patterns to enhance function and reduce pain, often including structural bodywork and proprioceptive exercises.

Post Op Therapeutic Exercise tailored by a therapist focus on safely restoring mobility, strength, and function while preventing complications.
